Quiken Techno offers its services to anyone with an email address and an Indian mobile phone number. The Platform should only be accessed and used by individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act. We cannot provide services to users who have been suspended or removed from any Quiken Techno service. Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, age, or affiliation is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Use, including General Terms and Conditions, Online Services Terms and Conditions, and Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions, apply to the following terms and phrases:
Applicable Laws: Indian statutes, ordinances, rules, by-laws, regulations, notifications, guidelines, directions, directives, or orders.
Chargeback: Reversing a transaction made by a Service Provider's User due to various reasons, including alleged forgery, hot card status, double processing, incorrect payment, fraudulent use, and other reasons approved by banks.
Confidential Information: Business, technical, or financial information of Quiken Techno or its affiliates related to arrangements covered in these Terms or disclosed by Quiken Techno to the User. This may include financial and business operations details.
Effective Date / Registration Date: The date when the User's Account on Quiken Techno is registered.
Quiken Techno Policies: Includes Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Grievance Policies, and any other terms and conditions/policies available on Quiken Techno.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to these Terms, including software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, content, and more.
KYC (Know Your Customer): The process of collecting and authenticating a User's personal identification information before providing Services.
Services: Offerings available to Users through the Quiken Techno Platform, including banking services, non-banking services, and similar offerings provided directly or through Merchants.
Service Provider: A banking and/or non-banking entity that has an agreement, directly or indirectly, with Quiken Techno to facilitate transactions between the entity and its clients.
Users: Anyone using the Quiken Techno Platform to access Quiken Techno services, including corporate entities, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and more.

Your Quiken Techno account, through which you access our services, is linked to your cell phone number and email. We strongly advise you to select a secure password to protect your account. Never share your password with anyone, and remember that Quiken Techno or its service providers will never ask for your account password or private information. If you suspect that your account security has been compromised, promptly change your password and understand that Quiken Techno is not responsible for any liabilities resulting from unauthorized account access.
Any personal information collected during your use of Quiken Techno services, as well as information collected by merchants and digital channels during the performance of these Terms, is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts that remain inactive may be reclaimed by Quiken Techno without prior notice. An account is considered inactive if a user hasn't logged in for more than six months or hasn't conducted any transactions.
Our services and website may contain references or links to other websites or services ("Reference Sites") for your convenience. Please note that Quiken Techno does not endorse these Reference Sites or the content, resources, goods, or services they offer.
Any interactions or business dealings you have with Reference Sites are solely between you and the Reference Site. The use of Reference Sites, including the information, materials, products, and services available through them, is at your own risk.

You may continue to receive transactional and critical communications from us even if you opt-out of marketing communications.
When you use the Quiken Techno Platform or any of our Services, we will make efforts to provide alerts and notifications, and it will be assumed that you have received the information we send. We are not responsible for verifying the identity of the recipient, and we are not liable for the non-availability of any notification service.
We value your privacy and security and aim to provide clear guidelines for your interactions with Quiken Techno.
We want you to know that Quiken Techno and its team won't be responsible for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages that you might incur. This includes things like lost business opportunities, revenues, or profits, or any other financial or non-financial losses.

If a court determines that Quiken Techno or our team is liable for any reason, our liability won't exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the part of the site or our services that led to the issue.

If you ever report an unauthorized debit or chargeback due to a fraudulent transaction, we'll notify you. You'll need to provide documents and information related to the transaction within a specified timeframe.
If you can't provide these documents or if the bank isn't satisfied with them, the bank may ask us to reverse the chargeback and credit the amount to your payment instrument.
During this process, we might suspend the settlement of the disputed amount until everything is resolved.
Please note that you're responsible for any fines, penalties, or charges imposed by banks, card networks, or government agencies related to illegal transactions.
You should follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related regulations that apply to your operations, including data security, management, storage, sharing, and data protection. Ensure that financial data or any other information received is stored in India, including complete end-to-end transaction details.
Please also understand that account balances on Quiken Techno are non-interest bearing and may be forfeited if they remain unused for over 365 days.
You represent and warrant that you've had a chance to review and understand our terms and the financial aspects and risks of our agreement. You're also responsible for obtaining any necessary consents and approvals, including those from customers, as required by regulatory authorities.
You won't use any automated tools or processes to access Quiken Techno without our written consent. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiken Techno, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses. This includes claims related to your misuse of our services, violations of our terms, breaches of representation and warranties, violations of laws, and any legal proceedings we might be involved in.
We may, at our own cost, take control of the defense of any matter you're required to indemnify us against. We'll keep you informed, and you'll need to assist us in handling these claims.

Also, you need to ensure that any financial data or information you receive is stored in India. Remember, your account balances on Quiken Techno don't earn interest and might be forfeited if left unused for over a year.
If something goes wrong, you agree to indemnify and hold Quiken Techno and our team harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses. This includes any legal proceedings that we might be involved in. We'll keep you informed and expect you to assist us with these claims.
